July 2 - Aleady?
July already huh? Man how it flies. I feel like we haven't even settled into the summer routine. Well that's because we haven't! The far away work for the husband and lil' sis means that the 'normal' routine has been anything but so I'm still looking to establish the routine that turbo-tot and I are used to during the summer.
There are no plans for the Fourth. Our gas grill is dead. We do have a small charcoal grill that we're using but with the insane distances to job sites and the hours that entails for both husband and sister working and me taking care of the kidlet, nobody really has the energy or desire to do a holiday gathering, because lets face it...it's work and the day after the holiday is a workday for them/a babysitting day for me.
Yeah...I'll take a nice quiet Sunday and sleep until I damn well feel like getting up thank-you-very-much.
